@olivereaves67744 жыл бұрын
@John Proctor he said that at a certain point, lower frequencies aren't heard on a phone speaker. So if someone's listening on a phone, it's important to boost the frequencies the phone can play. I assume "Myspace " refers to the fact that your friends may be discovering your music through a social media app such as myspace, which probably means they're using their phone.

I followed along with Massive 1 and Reaper. Trickiest part was the sweeping bandpass filter. In the trim selection you can choose the mod option for the freq of the bp filter and lock it to the macro you use for the LP filter in Massive. Also instead of a separate chain bypassing the band pass filter, you can just adjust the wet/dry mix (i was using ReaEQ). I also just grabbed the OTT plug-in from xfer, it's free.

You see fellows, the secret to bass is that you can never have enough OTT. Missing some sauce? OTT. New effects took away some sauce OTT. Already have enough sauce? OTT. You have too much sauce now, well OTT. You've been stuck in your room for 5 hours making Neuro basses and your parents are concerned? Slap some OTT on your parents. you've been kicked out of your house and are in dire need of food. eat some /msg/ OTT. Dead? ... Just remember, you can never have enough OTT, and if you keep slapping them on, you'll eventually solve all your problems.

This doesn't work on Ableton Live 11 unfortunately, as is the case with a lot of Operator tutorials online now. No idea why they'd change all the defaults like that, it really messed up a lot of older content. I had an Ableton instructor look at a project file from a modular drum patch tutorial I was trying to follow online and he was stumped, it just wasn't compatible with my version of Ableton. I really wish they'd just left it alone, this neurobass sounds great!
