Love these videos. First time 8U head coach here. This really helps! Follow-up question. I noticed you have a play wristband here. Would play wristbands be beneficial for 7/8 year olds, or would it be too advanced for them? 🤔

Definitely not too advanced! We started before that age and they caught on. Have tons of coaches using them at K level. So you’re good. I was a first time head coach last Spring after being an assistant for three seasons. I didn't practice until the meet and greet. The 1st two games we were mercy ruled. The 3rd game was close until halftime after which we were blown out. We then started 1 practice during the week after watching your videos. We won the next 3 games! Last Summer our team went 5-2 after we picked up 7 new players. My point is having a few practices before the meet and greet may be beneficial. Also, one, one hour practice during the week helps too. Thanks for your all your helpful videos. They made a difference in our seasons and most of all, our players positive attitudes. Will we see you at the tournament in Denver after the Spring season?
