why is this phenomenon called 'caste discrimination', rather than 'lowest caste discrimination' (say) or 'Dalit discrimination'? All these articles show ONLY discrimination and even oppression of Dalits. But never discrimination against some Sudras, or Kshatriyas or Vaisyas or Brahmins. Does that mean there is no discrimination againsts the Jatis of these classes? If so, 'Caste discrimination' is a terrible misnoner, and gives a terrible mis-image of India.
