Ragi set dosas, neer dosa, etc can be made like rice dosas. In future gluten free wheat free items should be a necessity. So konkani items goli baje, buns, biscuit roti, sanjeera, all items should be shown made out of millets like ragi, varai, foxtail millet etc for health benefits.

In Kerala we call Ragi ' NANCHONO ' . Dosa preparation is same except that we do not use Lossoon in Chatni . Thick dosa is called MASKAT .
