You hit the nail on the head with this one mate, humans have a bias towards negative comments- we can have 200 positive and 2 negative and we only really register the negatives- it’s ridiculous and I wish I could change it but it’s how we’re wired. I’m loving seeing the loose Rhonda on screen

I think I’m catching your ‘Drift’ with the trailer story; I seem to remember a video of you towing a different trailer, which you made a few observations about. I’d love to hear more about that story. Justin on the other hand seems more open and from what I’ve seen online seeks out feedback on his products; after all the best feedback is often valid negative feedback. Anyway; I love your shows, so keep them coming....there’s far better shows on KZbin than on TV these days and your show is 100% one of those, mainly because it’s not just one long advert, like some other Overland / 4x4 shows are....😉

Ah the cesspool of the internet. I've learned to have a thick skin as well. I try to take the time to respond to the positive comments but the negatives usually get banned or ignored. I like that for the most part on YT I get constructive comments. To have a good constructive conversation is fantastic as we can learn then. It seems to me that some people think that because I have a channel I think I know everything about 4wding or whatever the video is on. This is so far from the truth it's not funny. LOL. Anyway, I love what I do and will continue doing my part to help the 4wd community wheel well. Keep up the good work Ronny.

This is the kind of honesty that's needed when reviewing stuff, I bought a cheap-ish camper at 12k about 10 years ago from a mob in Sydney (now changed their name) due to 4WD Action heavily promoting them and never saying anything bad. It had many issues from the pickup day to the camp on that first night and only needed about 10% better attention to some critical detail and it would have been heaps better. It never happened. Good on ya for sticking it to them, it'd be great if you could make it public but I'm 100% certain you'd get a letter from his lawyer asap. Grubs. Keep it up, some more down south content would be good.

I’m liking this channel as it’s more old school. You tube is a strange place and I think a lot of the trolls are just ppl that have gotten comfortable mouthing off without a good punch in the face to straighten them out. It will be interesting to see how it evolves and if a new KZbin will come out soon. I struggle with some comments but I think that’s because I try to reply to them in bulk and am already on the defensive from the last three digs. Thanks pal.

Hey Ronny! Personally, I really enjoy your videos, and they've led me to a couple of other content creators, that seem pretty cool so far. I also appreciate the amount of work you must put into them, it must be an awful lot of work, to make them. Keep up the good work mate. Re. reading the comments that you get I left you a message once on your Insta about the RTT on the camper and I left one for Wayne about his half canopy. Both of you blokes answered (all good with spelling too). For what it's worth: what more can you do than pump out content across the platforms and then engage with / reply to your subscribers. I think that's awesome and really appreciated it. I'm not a Patreon or anything, just someone who tunes in. Cheers and thanks again.

One thing I have learned about thumbs down from a couple of the KZbin gurus, is that thumbs down is still a positive for a creators channel because it is still viewed as interaction by KZbin. Which, as I'm sure you are aware, is a good thing for the creator. Thanks for talking about this subject. Hi Ronny, thanks for sharing that, it is really interesting to get your perspective as the KZbinr on this. On the "far right" / "far left" comment, I would add that you get comments from all over the world and what is normal, far right or left can be quite different based the country the person is commenting from. I am French (but living in Australia for some time now) and what could be considered "normal" in France could be considered quite left from an Australian perspective. This can also be explained by very different contexts. On conservation for example, it is quite different in western Europe where there is not much nature left and preserving what's left is really important. The population concentration is also different, meaning that rules must take into account that natural places may see very high number of visitors. In Australia, we have a different perspective because the country is so vast and relatively empty of population in may areas.

Hi Ronny, thanks for the video commentary. I really like your videos due to the variety of content and subject matter. The scenery is often incredible and quite stunning, even just a shot of an endless desert is beautiful to me. I've always wanted to travel to Australia, but so far haven't had the chance, so I have to follow people like you that show me what it is like. Your how to's I respect, because they are coming from someone with experience, something I don't have, so I respect it. Most of my comments are just plain, thank you and have a great day, Since my experience is limited, I will watch and learn from others doing the experience. If I do not like or have interest in a particular scene, subject, etc., I just skip it, I don't make negative comments, because I am not experiencing what I am watching, so I don't feel I should respond. Anyway, thank you for what you do, I really do appreciate it and keep up the great work! Have a great day!

Good one. Think the same. Go on, I love your vids in General, and the one I dont like that much, well, other people do like them, is it is good. It is like the LP's from the early days. some songs were good, some not that good, but still in general you liked the LP. Ronny, I thank you for being a content maker. Some postive greetings from the Netherlands. This is Robert, not a alias.
