Yeah, let's do ye olde school style team selection. Pick 4 captains and have them pick a player one after the other. Then we get to see who the least popular kid is. And not because of skill.

Well, considering Gaijin banned 3 teams for "wanting to win" you're lucky to have any cup at all; there was talk of boycotting the cup, but, the promise of shinies and thinly veiled threats (Gaijin said they were going to sack the organizer) smoothed that over for the survivors of the culling. Next year we might actually get a competition.

I personally think that the WW2/Cold War split should be an impassable barrier for uptiers and downtiers in the matchmaking algorithm; it makes sense to me

I have been having a problem with the main gun randomly max elevating on me, and I am unable to gain control of the elevation of gun again until I either die or "J" out. I thought it was something I was doing unknowingly, but that was dispelled, after I observed youtuber PHLYDAILY experiencing the exact same issue on his recent video. Does War Thunder know about this, and what are they doing to correct it?

The narration is loud and confusing. The presentation lacks editing and fails to explain the situation for each game or each tactical move. It is simply some guys commenting while the video is running. Not the highest quality play by play I have seen. Wouldn't it be nice to have somebody like Vin Scully or another good narrator to take over here. I have no idea what is happening except for one guy is shooting another or one girl is shooting another guy or girl. So not very interesting. We can do better.
