No licensed decals are ever for sale. you may be able to find them on eBay or another site, just know that they will not be authentic because licensed helmets only come with the decals already on them.

If it’s for field use, only authorized reconditioners can prep and paint it. You can find them here NAERA.Net . If it’s a trophy helmet that won’t be getting hit, lots of people just go to a local body shop.
