Is the KZbin Kids search engine really safe for kids? Aldo Buttazzoni, from Prager U, recently shared what he found on the kid's platform on Twitter. His findings are shocking. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

One thing I don't understand is why people think that any child-related content (books, movies, etc.) has to be about sex, sexuality, or even romantic relationships (whether homosexual or heterosexual). When I was little, growing up in the early 2000s in Poland, most, if not all, of the books I read or movies I watched were about friendship, loving and respecting your parents and siblings, being kind to animals, and respecting nature. We were taught how to manage our time between school, housework, and playtime. When I compare the books I read (like 'The Children of Noisy Village' by Astrid Lindgren or 'About the dog that traveled by train' by Roman Pisarski) with the books that seem to be available at the school library in the USA, I am horrified. Why do children need to know about sex at such a young age? Why can't they be taught about nature, architecture, music, art, sport, math, etc., instead of sex? Stop sexualizing children. Kids don't care about sex - adults do.

I agree :) I m also from Poland and I remember the books you mentioned. And I remember also that when I was in school in 80-90s the teachers would taken us to cinema - for kid's movies, to concert, to opera, to museum, to park. We got lessons about biology in park - like about herbs, trees and birds, and history lessons in a museum. The basic biology of sexes we were told about 11, but the issues of sexuality were only for students about 15 year old. There was time when 13 year old kids main problem was if they want to have a cat or a dog or both, not what gender and orientation their friends have :)

My 6 year old little cousin watches KZbin kids and his mom was telling me about how he was playing tag and when all of a sudden screamed “yes, harder daddy!”. Which was obviously shocking. She asked where he heard that and he said KZbin. There’s a disturbing mixture of borderline sexual content mixed together with horror content sneakily woven into seemingly innocent children’s content. This is a huge issue!

To start this off I am 14, I have been a babysitter for about 2 years from babysitting siblings, friends siblings, cousins, etc. I have been very responsible so many parents have trusted me heavily. One time I was baby sitting some of my cousins that I really have seen in a while and I let the oldest (8) play on my phone and watch KZbin kids. I thought the platform was completely safe. He watched for about 20 ish minutes and then asked me what “pride” and “gay” were. I had no idea how he learned that. He showed me the videos and I had a long talk with him and his parents did to. I felt terrible for what had happened and the parents helped me a ton and understood how it wasn’t my fault. Thank you Brett for talking about this on going situation. If anyone is wondering that incident was a year ago. I’m still babysitting to this day and he hasn’t asked me about it sense.

The other day in my drama class, my teacher assigned me a monologue. The monologue was about being a mother of a trans kid and supporting them unconditionally. I had to go up to my teacher in front of other students and tell her I couldn't perform it because it was against my beliefs and she told me I'd fail the assignment. So I may have failed that assignment, but I won in life 😎 Edit: thanks everyone for your support ❤. All these comments are really kind and made my day. I believe as older siblings, one of the best things we can do is to find good clean content for our younger sibs (and it give you something to bond over ^^). A few books series I recommend is 39 Clues, Warrior Cats, Redwall, The Ranger Apprentice, and for slightly older kids Squires Tales is a cool book series.

KZbin kids is extremely creepy and contains more explicit content than regular KZbin, so regular KZbin is what is safe and regulated. And you can always check the history of what your kids watch and make sure to watch and interact with and react to various forms of appropriate content with your kid so they know the difference between what is safe and unsafe for them to watch. And tell your kid that it’s ok to, for example, be a girl who does not like pink and prefers sports and cars, as that does NOT make her any less of a girl, because these are legitimate examples that the gender cult uses to brainwash children into self hatred and misogyny, ESPECIALLY little girls. And that feminine men are still men and masculine women are still women.

Being exposed to things when you’re young definitely changes the way your mind works. Trauma and other things reinforce it. My parents did not regulate anything on my ipod/computer until I was 14 when i moved out and went to my grandparents house. My phone (which i bought with my own money) was then being regulated. This was too late. What I’m trying to say is start regulating content young. Kids are extremely impressionable. YT kids knows this and they’re taking advantage of it. Protect your kids!

"Give me a child 'till they're 7; I'll return to you the man" "He who owns the young, controls the future" -Hitler (literally) Children should have ZERO access to the internet BEFORE learning critical thought. This means raising a child properly means you will have to have one of the parents stay at home and teach for 7 years with little to no tech/MSM except for practicing critical thought (Teaching to evaluate the world they will be thrown into one day, and why certain things are not ok... BEFORE throwing them into that world) 1 parent at home is fine, because the workforce isn't supposed to be saturated with double the amount of workers.... they just tricked women into thinking that the rat race is the pinnacle of the human experience and they were being oppressed if they didn't have to work a 9-5 from 16 until the day they die. And the funny thing is, that still didn't overrwrite their biological imperative. Even in "blue collar jobs" they STILL do not put in the same amount of effort as men. MOST of the TikTok firings were women.... because most men were too busy working to post TikToks (or they were smart enough not to post about getting paid to do nothing on the internet). And they often used these jobs to to find rich successful men, which became harder to do since by being in the workforce themselves, the threshold for what counts as successfull became so high that 80% of men are left wifeless or with terrible partners, and don't have kids; or don't want to wife up/can't engage as true fathers if they do because of their shaky relationship with women. Odd.... if you were trying to sneak depopulation in through the back door, this is a highly effective way to do it. Maybe certain agendas are older than we think...

@@peachy8272 I grew up in a whole different world. I look back and think to myself what a simple world it was compared to now. I just turned 40.. being a 80s and 90s kid the internet was just starting to hit when I was in 8th grade in school. Oh how I wish I could turn the clock, plop my kids into the childhood I was allowed to have growing up. Such a better time. Libraries were used for every paper and a "house" phone with the longest cord you could imagine attached to it. When cell phones where out that's what they were...phones and texts that's it! Yes I know tech is helpful in a lot of ways...but at the same time I feel like it's gone way too far on so many levels. The way people were raised with common decency and even the way bullying was handled in school was different. Back then a kid was bullying me and a sit down was done with my parents and that kids parents with Trevor. Yes I remember his last name too but I will keep that out. If he didn't get his act together hew as going to be kicked out of school. Holy shit the world is different. Oh yes... guess what the boys used the boys bathroom and the girls used the girls. This is why getting your child into reading the books you enjoyed as a kid is so important. Things like the Boxcar Kids, Nancy Drew, the Hardy Boys, etc. (yes, I liked mysteries a lot as a kid) are great ways to get kids into reading and foster a love for it. Most people find reading to be relaxing, as long as they find their genre. Going to the library and helping them find books in the genres they enjoy (while making sure those books are appropriate) is one of the best things you can do in my opinion. Also, is "making a cupcake out of a crumb" the new way to say "making a mountain out of a molehill"?

Because one day her teacher pulled Me a side about a drawing she made that showed a girl stabbing a girl. When i got home (In tears mind you) she told me it came out on some of her videos. KZbin kids was the only App on there with this "risk" of having something she shouldn't watch being hosted. I deleted that thing, a year later not a single violent or even dark (some drawings were becoming borderline by her use of colors or certain faces shed draw) those are all gone and shes back to drawing what a kid would normally enjoy drawing... I have a 4 month old daughter. Because of all of this my husband and I are moving to a new place that is less urban, more trees/parks/outdoor options for activity. We are not putting our kid(and any future kids) on social media, they are being homeschooled, and they will be getting dumb phones until they are old enough to understand the responsibility. This has been a huge wake up call that society has become VERY chronically online.

There's not necessarily A need to get your children "dumb phones" I find it funny that's what you called them even though they're just standard phones. You can still get your children a smartphone because they do make some smartphones that our child friendly. Also I'm planning to learn how to make APPs. I want to make an app with parental controls that you can adjust directly from your own phone at any time, anywhere. Wherever your children are... School, daycare, home with a babysitter or wherever. Being able to access the parental controls on your child's smartphone directly from your own even when you are not near them is unfortunately a very necessary tool nowadays. I want to make it so that parents can even use it to flag certain content they do not approve of so if your child comes across something that you have flagged as inappropriate for your child you can block that content right then and there and it will automatically close it and send your child to something different. I've looked into this a lot because I've been so terrified for our children's future... I want to make this idea possible! I simply don't have the money to develop this idea into reality... I have an excellent pitch for this App idea but people won't listen...

Don’t give a 4-year-old technology. Just get rid of the damn tablet, problem solved! Giving her technology at such a young age will have detrimental consequences on her, I personally can vouch for that. Let her develop hobbies and send her outside. Instead of giving them an ipad or phone that those parents aren't going to check, the idea of giving kids books is good, like, I grew up with a lot of fairytales and then books about animals... but an important thing is giving children board games. That way, you can have a good time in family all together, you can even play card games and you as a parent should praise the good job a child does. I played videogames after doing homework as a reward. I went to play outside after finishing my chores, riding bikes and running along other kids. THAT'S how a kid needs to grow up. When the time comes and the child earned a level of responsibility and is old enough, you give them a phone. You check on that phone so you can be sure your kid is safe. You need to establish that from day one that you give them one. If your kid wants a phone, the condition is that you as a parent are allowed to check the phone. If your kid is nice, you wouldn't need to check so often. I have a niece and a nephew and my brother always checked their phones. He never found nothing bad. Because they're nice children.

So my kids can watch things like real education (like science, history, animals, art, etc), Spongebob, and whatever else I have personally viewed and approved. I'm pretty sure they did this because there were a lot of those sneaky videos targeted to children to corrupt them. Edited to add: The setting is basically password protected twice. To access the setting, you put in a pin. To add and remove videos, you have to put in your KZbin password. That way the kids can’t get in there and add whatever they want. So my kids have to ask if they want something added.

Even as a gay 16 year old myself it’s literally seems so disgusting to teach such young kids about sex. And sexuality. Maybe a boy might like another boy but at that age, it doesn’t even matter. Once a minor is old enough to actually think about their feelings and understand what it means is it okay for them to maybe try to question if they like a different gender over the other. For me and most, that happened in 8th grade. In person i get offended when people ask my sexuality because its not anyone’s business especially if im not into them. That is irrelevant and wont help build our friendship. Maybe i’ll discuss my feelings once a lot of trust is built and when i feel comfortable

You got the gist my friend. Sexuality is supposed to be a small part of a sophisticated personality, and before this generation, it's just wasn't proper to talk about that. Or politics, religion etc. It's just rude. Dont believe these clowns. We all need to live a moral sexual life to be happy, thats true for good decent people. Even as a guy, gay or straight. I'm straight and everyone told me I needed to get as many girls as possible. Being gay, that can get even crazier in what is considered ok. It coarsens and changes kind souls, sometimes drastically. It can change what love even means, and you can't get what you could've had once it's lost. Best wishes in your choices.

Finally I found another gay teen that agrees with me thank god!! I'm 15 and I didn't discover my feelings to girls until this year (and I'm still a bit confused) and yet people keep forcing this shit down kids throats 24/7. My old elementary school started up a lgbtq club that 4th graders can join and my friend's younger brother still attends that school and he says he knows some 5th graders identifying as bisexual. My middle school bestie who identified as bisexual in Gr 6 now identifies as straight (she said she only came out because everyone else was). People keep asking what my sexuality is and when I say it's not a big deal and I don't label myself, they force a label on me. I have had people call me homophobic to my face because I said this lgbtq stuff is becoming a overdramatic culture. I wish society could treat sexuality as a normal thing, not as a special thing. I go to a Catholic school and I have CATHOLIC TEACHERS WHO SAY NEOPRONOUNS ARE VALID because they are afraid of getting cancelled. When your under 18, everything is complicated and ur still figuring things out, even I'm still confused. Feel like if they stopped teaching this stuff to us at this age, life would be a bit easier.

Sexuality is just sexuality - Sex! Does it mean that if you masturbate, you are gay - as you are having sex with the same sex/gender? If a female uses a toy, does that mean she an attraction to non-humans? Sex is just Sex! It only matters as long as there is mature consideration and consent, within the law. Otherwise, leave it in the bedroom (or, other safe and legal location)! What's more important is a caring, supporting, and happy relationship/partnership. Maybe if we focused on relationships, we may have an answer to the Divorce Rate (folks spitting up) and all those associated issues. Unfortunately, these days I am told that it's quite difficult to even establish a relationship, due to 'social apprehension.' I think the bigger human issue is not sex, it's loneliness. @LDR. Be comfortable in the fact that you have reached the maturity to learn something about yourself. As with any relations if it is meant to be, it's meant to be. Be strong! Best of Luck!

Wow at such a young age you actually understand what we’re saying!!! Anything sexual should be private-- doesn’t matter your sex preferences…I don’t get how grown ass people doesn’t understand that concept?!

@@Damien_Clarke One of the biggest causes of divorce is something society doesn't like to talk about either. I was taught growing up that financial stress was one of the big factors for divorce, but that's changed now. The American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers report "68 percent of divorce cases involved one party meeting a new paramour over the Internet, 56 percent involved “one party having an obsessive interest in pornographic websites,” 47 percent involved “spending excessive time on the computer,” and 33 percent involved spending excessive time in chat rooms (a commonly sexualized forum)" . It's loneliness and addictions replacing human relationships, and it only gets worse the more obsessed with sex/stimulation that our society becomes.

Mark my words: When I have children, I will have them homeschooled or in a private school. I will keep them away from any sort of internet, or electronics. I will raise my children to appreciate what they have, to love who they are, and to respect others. My children will grow up in a warm, loving home.

Whilst I understand the sentiment, I don't think it's a good idea to shield them from the real world like that. Those are the sorts of kids that go absolutely wild in college because it's the first time they've ever had freedom in their lives. Banning smartphones, comuputers, video games, internet like it's the 1950's will only lead to resentment.

That’s a really really bad idea. Don’t fully ban it. It’s quite easy to monitor what kids are doing on the internet by using keyloggers and turning off the ability to clear search history. Kids will just be rebellious if you do that. It’s extremely nuanced.

Okay I understand where you are coming from but you just can’t shelter your kids forever because eventually they are going to go out in the “real world” and they will be faced with troubles and since they are being sheltered they won’t know how to respond.

@@urlocalkpopfanwell kids under a certain age have no logical reason or need to be online or have access to apps. That shit drives me crazy to see young kids throwing a fit for mom or someones phone or tablet somewhere. They are not toys, they are fairly expensive electronics. They also make educational Leap Frog & other types of tablets that are actually made & designed for kids. And damn it parents should start acting more like parents instead of their kids friend. Its not about what they want, its about what the parents want for them. Parents are supposed to be raising their child to be a future productive adult not a grown ass kid still trying to play dress up & make believe. Kids dont run shit the parents/adults do & that hasnt been the case overall like it was when I was coming up in the 80s/90s & that plays a huge role in why everything is ass backwards nowdays

@Crazy melon ! Did you watch this video? Do you think a 12-year-old should be watching and commenting on this video, having conversations with adult strangers? KZbin's so called moderators have allowed p*** to get through to KZbin kid's channel, what do you think get's through on the adult version or the 13+ one. That's the whole point of the video we just watched. That's what I'm going on about. Sorry, but children shouldn't be watching Brett's Channel, either. There's adult topics on here that they should not have access to.

My nephew is only 4, and we have bought him the PBS tablet for kids, the tablets that are only for children, and have tried everything to only make it for only his age videos to watch, but nothing will work. The first maybe hour it’ll be good learning videos, and the next it’s the annoying orange killing something, sonic the hedgehog being gruesome. It’s honestly horrifying the videos people post on youtube for CHILDREN.
