As a florist I would both like and loathe Jill's approach to order such an important order. 😂 I ask a LOT of questions since learning from experience if you do not, misunderstandings may lead to the customer being upset, you needing to remake the thing several times and you don't get paid for the actual effort or time, or you do not get paid at all. 😅 So she would not like me countering her with questions for approval lol.
