YouTube Playlists - How to CREATE and MANAGE Them (Best Practices)

What a TREAT! My daughter Shelley is our guest tutor in this video that shows you How To Create And Manage PLAYLISTS in KZbin.
Playlists are the closest thing we can get (as of now) to "Channels Within Your Channel" (or Sub-Channels), but figuring out how to create or manage them is sometimes confusing.
This video shows you a truly easy way to create playlists, and to manage them after you have created them.
