one thing i know when a big crowd is trying to exit panicking, is more safe to stay away from the exit rather than try to make it there as fast as possible. seeing such a big crowd pushing themselves into the small exit is scary enough, and way more scary when you are in the middle of it. if only they let the people in the front exit one by one everything would be ok.

The Taiwanese elevator woman clearly had a plan going into that elevator as her actions were confident and deliberate. My best guess is that she removed her clothing as a possible sui alibi and stayed with someone where she disguised herself and her child and walked out the front door separately and completely unrecognizable. Its impossible to speculate the motives behind her actions, but I think its fair to say she intended on disappearing without a trace.

@@twocheezitz9182 theres video footage, you can see exactly what happens. people start pushing, the crowd trips and falls over, then you got a massive dogpile blocking the front door. to make matters worse people will literally try to walk/crawl over the dogpile to get outside, which makes shit hectic and cramped. Its a messed up video so I wouldnt exactly recommend you watch it unless you have morbid curiosity

The smoke spreads quickly and now you have to get low or start choking. The heat from the fast spreading flames is well over 100 degrees from the thermal radiation alone which makes people towards the back frantic, therefore crushing people into eachother and making it harder to navigate the crowd.

They hadn't searched there earlier because there was no way she could have climbed to the top of the tank and fallen inside. Technically she didn’t kill anyone. It was the husband who essentially threw the dry ice in the water and her friends who decided to jump in. I do find it odd how she had this extensive knowledge on pharmaceuticals and chemistry but she never once tried to stop the clueless husband from dumping the ice in or escorted everyone out of the room once she realized that he had essentially created a dangerous situation

Eh, that seems unlikely because as the narrator pointed out, she and her son was originally thought to have done so, similar to a case before, but the cops searched to no avail. There's absolutely no way the police could have smuggled two dead bodies out of the water tank without being seen by any of the residents. Besides, why would they do so anyway if a similar case already occured?
