Is it just me? Why when DJ’s twist knobs on their mixers, nothing changes with the audio at all. No EQ’ing, balance, saturation or volume change occurs… are they just pretending?

Seriously this is the most boring repetitive machine generated, grid quantised, ‘music’ I’ve ever heard. 1 hour into it, about to go insane. Do you need to be on drugs to appreciate it? Nursery song level melodie’s and harmonies, no groove, no feel, no shuffle or swing… just a grid of 4/4 beats, one after another with 3 note Melodie’s endlessly repeating over it. Bar after bar of the same thing. Nothing technically challenging in the tracks, you could make them all with an iPhone and garageband. One track after another with minimal variances between them all. 💤
