I think that the Darkling on the cover of KH3 is Yozora. Darkling are keyblade wielders and it's hold the nameless star.

This is a bat shit crazy thought but what if Yozora is a future version of Sora that got half his heart removed kinda like Ventus and Riku supplied him with the other half and that's why he looks more like Riku?

What if “saving Sora” is like literally preserving his game data. I suspect that this version of Sora is data-Sora. “Any version of Sora is still Sora.” We know data Sora has a legitimate Heart. I think turning into a crystal is like a save state, but Fabula Nova style. Like when a l’cie goes crystal they are encased and preserved for some future utility. Maybe Yozora doesn’t understand this is what is meant by “Save” Sora.

Interesting. And they did bring up a "data sora" again in limit cut to fight the data org, so its not like they dropped that idea. I wonder if it'd really be that same data sora though of they were to do that. I do like the connection to the FNC, i def shoulda mentioned that in the vid since i was talkin versus stuff! We got FF13's crystal l'cie thing, though I also wanna point to noctis being sealed in the crystal for 10 years with bahamut, and then coming back out to end the darkness. I haven't played type-0 yet so idk if it happens there too, but while that ending isn't the true one, something like that could still happen. It's most likely the "powers" that yozora mentioned.

@@oluvids yea that's what makes kh extra interesting, more than it already is. It's the connections to FNC and that crossover into the real world. I feel like in KH4, there's definitely still gonna be some Disney (owned) movie worlds like always but the original kh worlds may be based on the real world and FNC series together in some weird way

@@oluvids Well it’s how I’m interpreting limit cut that makes me sure this is data Sora. But since data Sora has a Heart now it is also the case that he is just, Sora. After fighting all battles before Yozora, Cid’s computer shuts down and goes to sleep to process the data. That is a huge clue. Next the Fairy God Mother appears in the room. The computer is processing a reenactment of data on the Final Battle. Ienzo has also compiled all data on Sora from both Radiant Garden, Disney Castle, and Twilight Town’s networks into one so this Sora is the real deal even if he is data. While the computer is in sleep mode, it shows Yozora and Sora together in the Final World. Quadratum seems to boot up from the station of awakening. This is where you want to really get an understanding of “Tron”. The Grid spawning real life forms was a complete accident and happens because the circumstances were right. The same thing has happened here. A natural and organic system has grown within the data, thanks to Sora. Truly a miracle.

Since the kh4 trailer last year ive been thinking what if in the scene where yozora wakes up and his driver asks if its impressive if that takes place around the sametime as the darkside appearing in quadratum and thats what yozora looks out the window to see since we know quadratum is a world of neither light or dark this would/should be the 1st time the inhabitants see a creature of pure darkness. Also if the driver is luxord then hes seen heartless so thats why hes tellin the commander

Maybe, though I think maybe he'd have a bit more of a reaction if it was the darkside. Granted we dunno how invested he is in saving the city. We'll see as time goes on!

Btw the Yozora in the cutscene inspired by ff versus 13 has the eyes of the same color but in the fight he doesn’t

The nameless star is the crystal that Noctis gets encased in during the last part of FFXV. It told him to save Sora.

Hear me out. What if in KH 1-3, Sora was sleeping, and it was all a dream, and when he woke up in quadratum, he forgot about that dream. Quadratum is a place where their true selves are.

according to the game files, the endings of yozoras fight where sora loses or wins seem to be marked as: SS_DLC_SUB_TRUEEND_END SS_DLC_SUB_SURVIVALEND_END so going from that, the canon ending is where you lose the fight. also looking at final fantasy, sora is in crystal stasis, crystal stasis is not exclusive to l'cie as the japanese name rushi no kurisutaru would imply. (was confused about that part so i thought i'd include it) it could be crystallization too. read up on the article in the ff wiki about crystallization crystal stasis and crystal (term)

I thought lose ending was the real one at first, but there was an interview where nomura said the lose ending was only there so that players who couldn't beat Yozora would still get something. So after some thought I think Yozora and the Master of masters have a history. Yozora lost to the darkness that he thought he could contain. Much like master of masters plan to contain the darkness's Yozora thought he could do the same, however as we see in the verum rex trailer he looses stella which ultimately leads to his fall to the darkness. However, I also think that Master of Masters was aware and may have had his hand in these events.

In KH1, your level progression (set at the beginning with the questions from the FF gang on destiny island) is metaphorized as "Beginning your journey at dawn/midday/in the dead of night" and corresponds to when leveling up is easiest. Beginning at dawn means you level easier at early levels, and then it gets harder, midday has the mid-levels easier, and dead of night has it easier at the end. To me, the most obvious answer to the "Yozora/Sora Night Sky/Sky" thing is that Yozora (in his true form) is actually an older sora, maybe from the "wrong" timeline or something like that, being at the "end of his journey", aka "Night Sky (Sora)". TBH I think this is an intentional red herring and I don't think it is actually going to pan out to be true (at least I hope not) but it does seem to make sense, especially with people/dinosaurs seeming to recognize Sora as Yozora.

If yozoras true body is one similar to sora then maby the body he is in now is the nameless stars. Body's have changed in kh with who is in them so having her give him her body to save him at the cost of him forgetting her could be a decent parallel to sora and kairi in the first game. The heterochromic could be indicating this as we have associated eye couler with possession and hearts in kh for a while. We don't truly know what happens eye couler wise in quite a few scenarios as we have only seen possession and hearts hiding and sleeping in one another instead of whatever yozora has going on

Hmmm....maybe, but I think that the Nameless Star looked like that woman we saw being taken by the gigas originally. I think this guy is someone else. It could def be possible that he has multiple hearts in there
