Who else tried exploring the Waterfall Grotto (think that’s what it’s called) without the light gear thing? This reminds me of my fruitless endeavors to reach the end only to continuously fall down xD

Is that the one where there's water on lower level, and a very twisted narrow path on upper level? I actually reached the end without the light. had to go slowly and check my minimap all the time - but I did it.

@Mr Anderson Thanks! Although I kinda did it by mistake. I got stuck (forgot that there's an area I haven't explored yet), so I thought that this cave was mandatory for story progression. So I pushed on.

I entered the place without it, saw that it was a dark area, had flashbacks to Ys SEVEN's dark area, and noped out as fast as I could.

At first, I thought that it was kinda weird. But this track somehow grew on me and it fits perfectly for a dungeon/ cave theme. I always get goosebumps when it starts playing. Best part.
