ALL of this should have been done prior to seating a jury. The prosecution is woefully incompetent and just plain unable to do the job required. The Judge simply needs to stop this and restart once the case is ready to be presented to a jury. Probably in another County. Release the Defendants until the Prosecution is ready. This is in NO WAY A SPEEDY TRIAL. Speedy trials are a Constitutional guarantee.

I could see them losing just because the jury is made up of locals, so I'm guessing (like most people these days), they don't view the police and prosecutors as great examples of integrity, and also, for making them sit there and listen to a bunch of crap for over a year now, and no end in sight. Judge absolutely did NOT go off on Prosecution…she held their hand, treated them with kid gloves, like she has since she’s taken over, with a few minor exceptions of the odd finger wave, even though the Judge clearly said after that last fiasco about cantor to the court, and the lack thereof. This judge might as well be an ADA, as she helps them form their arguments, whilst rendering decisions that basically puts burden of proof on tne defendants…when it’s the States burden….and I won’t even get into the inconsistent decisions this judge has made…like the ‘We’ ruling where Steel was arguing that Glanvil used “we” when asserting Woody need to testify…Whitaker said we wasn’t specific to Glanvil and DA, that it was the people..a much broader use. However today, in the wiretaps, someone use “We” and the judge ruled it meant the defendant ..and not a more broader scope of we like she ruled in Steel’s motion for Mis-trial ….two very similar scenarios but two different rulings! This judge bends over backwards, play’s jurisdiction gymnastics with the law in order to placate to the State, then takes the Defences ball, and asks them to get hoops. The insane thing is, and probably most troubling…is that this is all out on blast, the people, taxpayers are watching in 4K the DA piss away millions of their tax dollars, with impunity…and they could care less, the arrogance of it all. Fulton Co has pissed away all their resources on this case and Trump, meanwhile, they have sooo much tied up…other cases of murder, violent crimes, theft, sexual assaults are being ignored…it’s a travesty of Justice, corruption at the highest levels and it’s all happening right in front of our eyes. The the real sad part of this is..there are plenty of crimes they could have charged some of this criminals with ..gun, violence, drugs and murder…but that isn’t sexy enough, they are so focused, tunnel vision, wanting some trumped up RICO, and ignoring…to the point of giving FULL immunity to a criminal who confessed to significant crimes, including murder..and the State is happy to give him a pass …even though he flat out told the State and the court that he’s a lair…any lawyer would be reported to the Bar Association, held on contempt charges of they knowingly brought a known and confessed liar on the Stand…. The Jury, with their $25/day…they will probably be with this case for a 1.5 years before it finally goes to them for deliberations…these phone calls…hrs upon hrs or of gibberish, that you can’t make out 75% of what they’re saying…combined with months of Woody aloes in the stand…will never convict…even IF they by some chance do…the defendants will be out , basting a murder so for $30k…in a matter of weeks or at least a few months as the court of appeals will overturn. Total friggin disgrace, and a slap in the face to the taxpayers
