How did Easy E did mysteriously? The dude famously had full blown AIDS that he apparently got from a girl he was with. At the time it seemed to come up out of no where only because he found out he had the disease only a couple weeks before his death, but he had it before then without having been diagnosed. In the 90s AIDS was known to be a quite likely death sentence unlike today when it’s been made a lot more survivable with treatment, so it’s hardly a shocking mystery he died from it. Some conspiracy theories suggest he was in one way or another purposefully infected with the HIV virus through some shady doings unrelated to his sex life directly, but those are totally unsubstantiated and as far as I know have never involved diddy. Are you confused on how Easy died or what cuz they teach all that in Hip Hop History 100..
