The video is absolutely helpful, but it's just crazy that to help folks afford rent, you gotta stick 'em miles away from an elementary school or a clinic.

As it turns out, land value contributes to homelessness. I have a city that reached 135,000 that dropped to 90,000 on 20,000 homeless. The change at economy 2.0 removes the rent too high but in doing so you get the problems and no indication of what is wrong Good video! Guess I need to start a new city.
