I think I know what bigger fish means, it means a thing or person that is a weapon used by a powerful force. Like when Qui gon gin said “don’t let them send any bigger fish.” he was talking about the enemy’s weapon/bigger fish. Or when he said “install this bigger fish” he meant to install their ultimate weapon. Edit: from the context of when they said bigger fish that is what I came up with, tell me if you think I’m wrong or if you disagree, but if you agree give this comment a like.
