It's been a shame to see Darvish struggle so much in his last fourteen starts. I'm not sure if the crackdown on "sticky stuff" took him out of his comfort zone, or if he's tipping anything, or just what's wrong with him ... but 17 HR allowed in his last 76 innings is very concerning. Hopefully he'll pull out of it; the sooner, the better. He's definitely a guy who's easy to root for, and I wish him well.

Has had back problems since May. Most of the games since he cant consistently throw his FB or curve for strikes, so hitters just sit on Slider/Cutter and wait for a mistake.

He's had an ok MLB career. But not a great one. Beside the injuries, I sometimes think he's just pitching to fulfill his contract, or just well enough to get a new one.
