Good and very informative video! Most people where I'm from are sleeping on this deck and don't realize the potential it has to be a top deck this format. As soon an Fusion Enforcers was released here, I bought a box because I wanted to start making an Invoked deck. I don't usually play meta decks, in fact, I mostly play fun decks (Subterror, Magnet Warriors, Ghostricks etc), but to my surprise, this archetype has a very good chance of going head to head with Zoo and winning after extensive testing and multiple engine variations. I landed on Artifact/Windwitch engine with the Kaiju engine sided after 2 weeks of testing and configuration and plan on taking it to a Regionals this weekend. Wish me luck!

What I like about Invoked the most is that it's a "splashable engine" that you combine with any deck especially one that fusion summons

Thx, I'll be adding Invoked to a lot of my pure decks. Great videos... Keep them coming! I just came back to the game after 10 years. I had a stroke at 30. Ended up selling all my cards (probaby worth 2k-3k back then, 5k+ now days) to a friends nephew for 100 bucks. The friend paid, and I thought they need a good home. Now I'm playing catch up. Rank 3 engines are also useful for Invoked, as you could get a Levair the Sea Dragon out to return your banished lvl 4 or lower fusion materials. I usually run ‘pure’ invoked, and I use Marauding Captain, D.D. Seeker and Lonefire Blossom. For the Rank 4 I use Homunculus the Alchemic Being and Elemental HERO Prisma

The synergy between invoked and kaijus is actually amazing. Your biggest criticism of kaiju zoo is that Kaijus want to go second but Zoo wants to go first is irrelevant since invoked doesn't care if it goes first or second, and is arguably better going second since it means they might have a grave to fuck with. Plus the sheer variety of attributes for kaijus means you have access to all the fusions without relying on the opponent, and kaijus/slumbers make excellent discard fodder for mechaba.

that's cool, Link format: start with 1 eidolon, eidolon interrupts opponent's turn then gets run over, next turn summon another eidolon & either set (to activate in opponents turn) or play an omega summon you set earlier, you now get a free eidolon summoned into your main monster zone, & if they run you over with whiptail ^,..,^ they get to deal with an extra eidolon immediately & your extra deck zone is open for you to banish rat next turn

testing this deck with artifact and kaijus (without windwitches cuz its too popular) and my god the consistency is insane, i dunno if i should fear a field full of zoodiacs or a fusion "cyber infinity" with banishing effect and backed up by artifact.

I put this deck with Windwitch, Artifact, and hands, it is officially the most unbeatable deck I've ever made. The tech you can do is nucking futs, Raijdin flips normal summons before their effect can activate, they can't xyz/synchro with face down cards, you can flip Aleister to get 2 invocations, and flip himself after instant fusion to stay on the field. Suicide Fire/Ice hand, now you can bring out Cocytus or Purgatorio. Maxx C? Free Magellancia, thanks. Caligula is garbage, but Elysium is alright, but I expected more from the makers of District 9.

Cimoooooooo, do you think Invocation will become a card for Side Deck for Matches against Aleister? Cause you can banish your opponent's Aleister from field and graveyard. And Mind Crush might get back if this becomes meta, since it is all based on getting Aleister or Invocation back in hand.

one thing i noticed is that you mentioned an opponent cannot activate solemn warning while magical meltdown is on the field and you activate invocation. cards like icarus attack, solemn warning, solemn strike, etc. can be activated but the resulting fusion summon is not negated. correct me if im wrong and this is only an ocg ruling or something but while playing invoked, many people waste resources that have a cost but doesnt affect me or my summons due to magical meltdown (both online and in tournament)

Wait is Magical Meltdown's other effect the same as Stellarknight Delteros? By its wording, I thought Delteros protects your monsters against cards like Solemn Judgment, Black Horn of Heaven, etc. Delteros says "when you summon" not "when a monster is summoned". Solemn Judgment says "when a player summons", Torrential Tribute says "when a monster is summoned". By this wording, I think Magical Meltdown indeed protects your monsters against Torrential and Bottomless but not Delteros.

"The activation of your cards and effects that include an effect that Fusion Summons a monster cannot be negated, also your opponent's cards and effects cannot activate when a monster is Fusion Summoned this way." For example, you could Ash a Shaddoll Fusion or Ghost Ogre a Shaddoll Schism, but if Meltdown is up, you cannot respond to the activation of Shaddoll Fusion and upon using the effect of Shaddoll Schism, since Meltdown prevents your cards (Ash and Ghost Ogre) from being able to be activated. It's sort of similar to Borreload/Borrelsword/Borrelguard's clause "your opponent cannot activate cards or effects in response to this effect's activation", except this one prevents the player from doing anything, but Magical Meltdown prevents the cards from being activated. Borreload/Borrelsword/Borrelguard affects the player, much like Delteros, but Meltdown affects the cards. In easier terms, Magical Meltdown makes it so that the activation of your Fusion Spells, or your cards with an effect that involves Fusion Summoning, cannot be negated and unrespondable, like Super Polymerization, but more.

I've got 3 strike 1 warning 1 dimensional Barrier 1 quaking mirror force 1 floodgate trap hole and 3 artifact sanctum to go into scythe. Anything else that could counter them or is this overkill?
