if you have bonfire + engraver you always open with bonfire and use ice ryzeal to get into fiendsmith combo so you get the necroquip draw off of engraver. you still send engraver off lacrima. you summon out engraver and use tract for lurrie to link off engraver and lurrie into sequence. at this point you would’ve obviously known the hand and ripped the ogre. fuse for everything except lacrima like you do but you also save 1 engraver bc of the extra light fiend. go into desirae. go into Agnumday and revive the engraver. overlay into Caesar. then go ryzeal combo on top of this. get another draw off cross. attach desirae to your detonator. the thought process is that given everything Trif has and his draw is non engine, Trif likely has to start with summon fenrir then summon paidra. paidra tries to search and you cross negate detaching desirae. Desirae outs fenrir. on resolution, you activate lacrima to bring back agnumday then agnumday into desirae, and now you out the thrust. you let them search with thrust and then negate what they add with thrust bc you get punished by a top deck talent. and then after that you have barrier, detonator pops, Caesar, follow up, and they have to contend your whole board with whatever the last top deck is. this is also what you should do if you don’t play bagooska edit: even bystial wouldn’t work here because if the sequence with an immediate bystial to try and bait caesar, you still have cross negate to stop bystial and out fenrir and you literally have detonator or caesar to out either summoning or kaimen anyway. so idk why you wouldn’t take this path lol.

Very insightful, i would've nibirud the turn before when they had sp and magnamhut so i wouldn't have to deal with it next turn or clear my own board, guess that shows the skill difference

Do you think white forest azamina fiendsmith will be a threat when the new support comes out? Ive seen the deck doing things in the OCG but it looked like a big part of their end board was appo and baronne, and they did also run snake-eye since oss isnt banned over there

​​@@GG_YGOIt seems like you just misplayed by using Talent to take tbh. Ext already checked the Baldrake so there was no reason to take that there. You also could have overlayed your two level 4 to make Exciton as another way to play with Ext.
