For example, there was an Eldlich mirror match in this tournament that - of course - got alot of scrubs bitching about it even tho it was actually enjoyable with alot of back and forth in it but because it's Eldlich they gotta bitch. Second, you don't see this amount of testing and changes in one tournament ever, of course it helps that its an online tournament with nothing actually on the line and without spending a penny but that's what i like about it.

What's sad is that is not even a zombie deck at all, it's a zombie boss monster plus trap zombie monsters and thats it. No gozuki mezuki unizombie and all the good old zombies. Basically eldlich is an engine, not a deck. That's why there are so many variations, you could splash it in so many decks

Which one lol The aurora/eldlich is the same aurora combo (it like veiler/ash for being a tuner), deskbot 001, o-lion and jet Synchron plus magician souls and the eldlich package, for the invoked/eldlich is the invoked package (ali, meltdown and invocation), eldlich and utility cards

Union carrier is not as busted as Halqifibrax, and if you ban buster dragon the card will be good and fine unlike Halqifibrax no matter how many tuners you ban the card still busted. Block dragon should be banned but i understand why it's a generic card with such effect, it's an old card.

4:50 in video- The blue guy sent his copy of effect veiler to the graveyard when he had herald of the arc light up on the field when it’s supposed to be banished. I mean he could have triggered the arc light on the magician’s souls to negate the activation but that misplay is so big here, wish the red player were to have caught that. Unless if herald only works against the opponent for one turn lol ^^;;;

Ok, i dont wanna be that guy, but, when a control deck like eldlich can splash a couple cards in the main to have a turn 1 board comparable to a combo deck, you know its time to ban some "to generic for their own good" cards. like seriously, maybe im wearing some pink colored glasses here, but i cant think of a format with as many semi generic or straight up generic powerful cards since pre synchro ygo.

Why people try to act like there's alot of broken cards in this combo, it's only one, Halqifibrax. Yeah jet synchron is a 1 card combo but without Halqifibrax it becomes a 1 card link 2 at best which is nothing broken and no one will waste a normal summon on it.

@@alexYu-gi-oh i was talking about needlefiber, the rest of combo pieces are decent at best and garnets at most, but needlefiber is part of this new wave of ultra generic cards, along with union carrier verte, anaconda, apolousa and to some extent the adamancipators themselves (SSing any monster from a specific type from deck is just insane, doesn't matter if you need to excavate it), its just not healthy to have this many generic powerhouses.

@@someperson8569 Actually it doesn't. Ash reads "You can discard this card;" Veiler reads "You can send this card from your hand to the GY, then target 1 Effect Monster your opponent controls;". The cost for activating Ash is discarding the card but it doesn't care where it ends up. Veiler's wording requires it to be sent to the graveyard to activate which can't occur.
