First 3 turns hurt my soul. When you have Eternal Soul and Dark Magician on the field, first thing you do is activate The Eye of Timaeus to summon Dark Magician the Dragon Knight which protects Eternal Soul from effects. Eternal Soul also protects the Dragon Knight because, by its own effect, its name is changed to Dark Magician while on the field or in the graveyard. So it's a lock. Each card protects the other. Eternal Soul can also summon Dragon Knight from the graveyard because of its name change. Also, you don't sacrifice Magician of Dark Illusion. AFTER you summon the Dragon Knight, Magician of Dark Illusion will give you the option to summon the newly sent to the graveyard Dark Magician, because activating and resolving The Eye of Timaeus activates the second effect of Magician of Dark Illusion. Magician of Dark Illusion also changes its name to Dark Magician while on the field (but NOT in the graveyard), so Eternal Soul also protects Magician of Dark Illusion.

Thank you. I was looking for hints on having a synergistic dark magician deck but with negates or atleast protection because the VRAINS arc of this game is negation station.

@@markingsonsalvant4034 this deck shines with only one eternal soul and one magical navigation no need for alot of traps since you can activate most spells on the board in this deck(quick spells), your choosing if you want to run triple soul servant for easy card draws or graveyard draws, draw power like hand destruction works bether than double allure if you dont want to brick waiting for a dark monster. One dark world is also good in combination with soul servant. You can even run defusion the combination of secrets of dark magic than defusion can help you sumon from your hand if you can not summon dark Magician on the board or defuse the opponents monster a real heart stopper.

@@Megamorph33 eu queria um que facilitasse a invocação do quasar,ja vi uns usando cartas junk e jet sincron mas n curti mt,se pegar um deck mais forte tem q ter muita sorte ou vc perde que nem cachorrinho kk ou seja o deck n é muito consistente mas espero suas ideias kkkk
