Cipher Xs effect only works on monsters that are one the field when its activated. The monsters summoned afterwards are not protected by this effect.

The moment Neo Prime is summoned against SHS, they're automatically dead, especially if you're running Photon Trident. Yeah, it doesn't matter how good your deck is when you're running a monster only deck and going up against a monster that is immune to all opposing monster effects.

If you really want to remove Bagooska, Zeus then by all means but most of the time you are locked into the archetype

C62 being immune to all monsters is so funny when the opponent doesn't have any back row answers. SHS can do literally nothing against it. The only problem for me is getting to that point most of the time since for some reason all my opponents are smarter than Stephen Hawking and sit there all smug and high and mighty in their RacerX gaming chair while barely interacting with stream chat.

It's unaffected by opponent monsters effects

while it has GE Photon Dragon as a material it's unaffected by monster effects. If it loses the material, it's just as fragile as any other monster. If you want him to keep his immunity, keep Photon Dragon under C62.
