Dark Magician is typically a more backrow heavy strategy, so you'll probably need access to your side deck, but being able to side out something like 9 - 10 cards each game goes a pretty long way towards giving you versatility in matchups. In regards to Cyber Dragons, I have only encountered two Cyber Dragon players while playing in tournaments, so I have very little matchup knowledge regarding the deck. If I'm assuming the "go 2nd OTK" version of Cyber Dragons that turns into "Infinity Turbo" when they go first, then you should be able to win against the deck. But I repeat, I *do not* have a lot of matchup knowledge regarding modern Cyber Dragon decks.
