@@Igneousak Knightmare Mermaid and Meow-Meow are really different. The Knightmare mermaid has the power to special summon one Knightmare monster from your deck and was abused in Orcust and Gouki. In contrast, Meow-Meow is a good card in an powerhouse archetype (imo). Now prank-kids get a lot of consistency and add to the recovery and the power of their boss monster you can play an engine of 20 prank-kids cards and then 20 cards like hand-traps and other staples. I made a going second deck full of staples and won every match against dragon link, nibiru, dark ruler no more, evenly match and super poly + ash and impermanence is so good. And if you go first you can made a battle butler with two raigeki effect that cannot be destroyed. Against meta is so good. Also in the side deck you can have the trap of the archetype for making roaring roaster against eldlich for example.

Warning/Worning Point seems really good for when an OTK deck is forced to go first. It makes sure your opponent can struggle to set up a board, as well as leaving a potentially weak monster to attack turn 3 for the kill. Gren maju is gonna have a fun time with this card.

I think the penny stonk staple card everyone is missing is Geonator Transverser. If your opponent is sloppy with their zone placement, you can just swap for something powerful. Also provides protection from destruction by your opponents card effects. If you’re on a climb, you can remove a threat at the same time.

Ok so Disparity is like drawing 6 cards but you must put back 5 of those cards. So it's really good compared to a draw 2 effect, you will have a better chance getting the card you want with disparity vs a normal draw 2. It also let's you choose when you want to activate it's effect as long as you have not draw via card effect. Plus it lets you pick the cards you wish to banish so it could see play in decks that only need a few cards in their extra deck.

Going into a True King of All Calamities consistently does not alone make a viable deck. Infinititrain is a deck that has several ways to get out TKOAC on the first turn ultra consistently while only going at most -2, but you don't see it at all in the TCG.

True though the deck has afew different boards it can go into like ultimaya crystal wing synchro or bounzer + negate by a rank 3 the themed level 9 synchro is a fantastic anti meta card depending, also every board it ends usually will have the trap card face up as another negate/disruption the deck as whole is good, but not meta because ironically while there synchro can be game against certain meta decks the meta decks all (even freaking dino depending) make herald which is an issue as the deck will primarily rely on going first or hope it has an out.

I've seen a lot of people hype up alpha but I'm honestly not seeing it. It just seems like a strike target more than anything. Hell hand traps give it all of the dick: veiler can negate, ghost ogre can destroy, nun gains you 3 stacks of life each time it's summoned and in the ocg max c let's you draw each time it's summoned. Hell even that trap card that was placed lower than it, stops alpha.

I really miss max c, it used to provide the game with a huge safety valve for degeneracy and I believe it should come back at 3.If you think that it is a bad thing for a card to be used in all decks you do have a point but if we accept this logic both Imperm and Ash blossom must be banned. I believe the only reason for the max c ban was purely for marketing reasons, such as the release of phantasmay or something...

Zeus isn't once per chain... Stack on 4+ Material (laughably easy in Zoo), and the only thing it needs to fear is a Solemn Strike/Effect negation counter trap. Zeus proves that XYZ is Konami's favorite mechanic.
