I dunno if this sounds silly or not but since you didn't cover pinguiluca I wanted to ask. I banish an opponents monster with banishing trap hole (the effect banishes a monster(s) with 1500 atk or less face down) is Pinguiluca allowed to add one of them as material with her effect or no because they aren't considered the same monster that was removed?

Had a dude at locals using seras abilities multiple times a turn, i didnt even realise in the first duel. Second duel he started blasting stuff out and i was like let me read that, saw that each effect was once per turn. He got a match loss due to irreparable game state lmao

I have another question. If i activate myrmeleo's eff while i control sera and my opponents negates myrm's eff, does sera still trigger to set a trap card?

Hey there great video I subbed. If you don't mind please take a stab at this question. It's my opponents turn and they activate MST targeting my backrow facedown Holeutea. In response I activate Holeutea. How would that resolve? Additionally, what if the situation was slightly different and I activate Holeutea first and they chain MST? Thank you! ❤

Correct me if I’m wrong. If MST was activated first, then Holeutea was chained, by the time it is summoned it is a monster, so MST will fizz. If Holeutea was used first, the MST will destroy it, and it can no longer summon itself making it fizz. This will still trigger Sera.

This is a rather specific interaction, but if I were to make Time Thief Redoer with Holeutea as material and then detatch Holeutea as material at some point, which effect of Time Thief Redoer activates?

No you can't.

@Mydrial Lunara if you have a trap you can discard for holetea, yes. That's one of the advantages of holetea.

Just another question if you got evenly matched in your hand and there wasn't a Battle Phase cause your oponent was first and you are second can you activate evenly if the oponent has Monsters on the field and you not?

If you're going second, and you control no cards, you can choose to do nothing Main phase 1, go straight to battle phase, end the battle phase and activate evenly matched from your hand. Then you make your plays in main phase 2.

Once per turn, but it is a quick effect. So you can also use it on the oppenent's turn. Only while it had material

Why is Sera a valid evenly matched banish?

Evenly matched forces a player to take an action. The cards are not considered banished by the effect of evenly matched. This also comes up in Labrynth. Evenly matched will NOT trigger 'leave the field effects' on cards like welcome labrynth
