What's that? Yes, if you control Borreload/Borrelsword, you can chain block Mirror Force, but you can't chain block Linkuriboh. Reasons? Ok, well simply put, it's because trigger effects happen before quick effects upon attack declaration, according to this chart: yugioh.fandom.com/wiki/Fast_effect_timing According to the chart, the moment an attack happens, trigger effects get priority (turn player's first, then defending player's), then turn player's FAST effects (Monster Quick effects, All Traps and Quick-play Spells), then the defending player has a chance to activate their FAST effects if priority is passed or a chain occurs. So, an attacking Borreload has a chance to activate it's quick effect before the opponent can activate Mirror Force, and can "chain-block" Mirror Force, but not Linkuriboh or Hope Harbinger. If the opponent attacks with anything weaker than Hope Harbinger, use Harbinger to redirect the attack; if they attack with something stronger, use Linkuriboh, but a replay will occur, because you'd only be able to activate Linkuriboh and not both, so Hope Harbinger wouldn't be able to fast foward to Damage Calculation, so the conditions for a replay are met, almost like an open state, and they could cancel their attack. If they were to manage to buff their monster again somehow (Honest, etc) and decide to attack anyways, Hope Harbinger CAN NOT trigger it's effect, as it only triggers when the opponent declares an attack, not targets a monster in the middle of a replay (See first comment).

Hm. I tried Cyber Dragon too - my build was similar, but I played fewer handtraps and focused more on getting Infinity out. Even with the additional Cyber Dragon 3 and a third galaxy soldier, the combo was inconsistent. I can't even begin to imagine how bricked this guy's hands must be at times when you have three or more hand traps, you literally can't do a thing.

the fact that there even needs to be a "hand trap line-up" is disgusting, and goes to show how unbalanced this game is. he runs the same number of hand traps that he does cyber dragons, and they are his decks main focus! ...konami really needs to force pure decks. the game will be so much better.

Exactly, One time was playing altergiest and my opponent had erad, and he didn't know what I was playing and activated it in the SP and called spells, he went -2 since it's a trap and monster that being tributed your losing, and it didn't affect me whatsoever. If he had waited to for me to normal summon marionetter or muluseek, he would've been in a better position
