Yewirs masmeles hig which was debated at the parliament will not qualify to be a law due to 1. No boundaries between the prosecutor and the plaintif. The prosecutor simply accuses the plaintif. This gives privilege for the prosecutor to act reluctantly. No penality on the prosecutor for defaming names of the plaintif, no compensation for the plaintif for the wastage of resource and time to defend the case. 2. Retroactve application- How a law goes to back and penalized others. 3. There were no appropriate system to maintaining evidence. How do you go back and request evidence. 4. Gifts like one wealthy person gave me money forexample Alahmudi gave me a million as a gift. Most gifts were given without evidence, how this law treats the case? 5. A believer might receive money from God as christ multiply the five fish to thousands and the word says, if you believe in God, you will do more than this. How could some one who receives money by the blessing of Israel Dansa, how can he proof? Therefore, this law should be remodified.
