Nope, it's OMGJAYSEX! I made it by extracting the field model archive and then changing the names of the files that make Vincents model to Cloud's. Kinda, tricking the game into thinking that Vincent's model is Clouds. and I altered the text using a fan made program called "Loveless".

he manipulated the text and characters here, but in the game there are 4 scenes that are possible to exist at this moment in the game, although up to this point, only cloud is allowed to be the party leader, so all the dates are with cloud.

I'm not sure how these scenes are made, but the one in the game has the main character Cloud date either Tifa, Aeris, Yuffie, or a guy named Barret depending on your interaction with them (example: treat Tifa better than Aeris and she'll force you on a date.)

You CAN date Yuffie if you fulfill a few requirements ( which are too long to post here so search in gamefaqs or something), but it won't be like this video. The author used a special program to make it. Plus you can't choose which character you want to control on the fields, but it won't be Cloud forever. There will be some times that you will control Tifa and even Cid, but again , you have no control over this.
