3 corrections: -Summoned Skull and Silents, are normal summons. -I've been playing Spellbound, replacing D Shifter, watching people lose it when they cant link off. -This deck plays nicely with Synchro variants and Dark Magician support. Good vid as always Rhyme.

I can only assume the reason the ties that bind locks you out of the extra is because, Yugi didn't use any fusion monsters during the ceremonial duel or it's because the deck has no extra deck monsters and Konami almost seems to think you wouldn't add those to the archetype to make it better.

Shining Sarcophagus is probably one of the more underrated archetypes in my opinion, I had fun playing it with a small dogmatika package and should rebuild it since there hasn't really been any tournaments for my local shop lately. Funny enough, I pulled a QCR of Gandora from an entry pack at the premiere event the archetype was released in.

Apart from having no Dragoon, this deck is simply cracked I was able to face against a few opponents in MD the other day, and defeated them in under 7 turns 1st duel was 4 turns, 2nd was when I summoned Gadget Trio and that opponent just surrendered, and 1 was in 5 turns Gandora & Shining Sarcophagus are insane

it is easy enough to say yugioh moves if you think about it: dark magician is dark magic attack, , dmg is dark burning attack, black chaos is scepter blast, sorcerer of dark magic is celestial scepter blast, silent swordsman is silent sword slash, silent magician is silent burning (cause she is also a magician girl), you see the patterrn here?

Iirc, Joey actually *did* call out the attack names once, at least he did in the manga. Marik tries to get him to call out "Golem Volcano!" when Joey attacks him with Lava Golem during their duel in Battle City, and Joey responds by calling out "Jonouchi's Fire!", saying he gets to decide what the attack is called since it's his monster attack. xD

I’m surprised you’re not running the Dark Magician since that card contributes to the setup. Gandora G destroys DM, DM summons itself back and sets a DM spell or trap from deck to the field to protect your field on the opponent’s turn.

If Dragoon comes back, you could summon it via Dark Magician the Magician of Black Magic, search Secrets of Dark Magic and fuse with Gandora. Dragoon, Silent magician, turn silence and a couple of handtraps is a decent board.
