Great video Doto! Just a heads up for future hands when you open Pot of Extravagance and Dimension Shifter: if you activate Pot of E first, you can chain Shifter. That way you are able to draw but still get the shifter effect before another card hits the graveyard.

The TLDR for Inspector Boarder: You can only activate monster effects equal to the number of extra deck monster types (link, xyz, syncro, fusion) you control.

It counts total monsters on the field, not just the ones you control. Plus Ritual monsters are counted, because they kind of need the help even though it throws off the Extra Deck type theme. So if you have a link monster and your opponent has both a ritual monster and a synchro monster, then _both_ players can activate 3 effects per turn.

In case you haven't figured it out... Inspector Boarder = You AND your opponent are only allowed to use monster effects once per type of monster on the field so long as its on the field. It's attack increases by 500 because of a different card that was played, Inspector Boarder is there specifically to lock down Monster Effect heavy decks (which you played right into)
