@@zephyrwargamesyugioh Fingers crossed this is a correct translation (i can only verify the contact fusion + cannot be material parts) Phantom of Yubel DARK Fiend Fusion Effect 0/0 Level 9 Must be Special Summoned by shuffling the above cards from your hand, field, and/or GY to your Deck/Extra Deck. Cannot be used as Fusion Material. You can only use the (2)nd effect of this card’s name once per turn. (1) Cannot be destroyed by battle, also you take no damage from battles involving this card. (2) When your opponent activates a monster effect (Quick Effect): You can Tribute this card; the activated effect becomes "Destroy 1 "Yubel" monster in your hand, field or Deck." It isn't clear if the negate is mandatory or optional. Also i believe it's a nomi monster, and if that's true, it can only be summoned that way and not with Super Poly or revived (by Gates or Yama).

@gokusensei0076 it's a in deck otk and a backup if skill drain gets dropped on you and your even if nightmare pain gets poped you opponent must atk malicious fiend 3500 atk
