Nope. You can't normal summon in op turn unless you have a trap that allow you to normal summon

A good interaction is activate stormforth in the opponent turn, and summon Ehther in the opponent turn with opponent monster

No monarchs erupt? Its a skill drain that doesnt affect your tribute summoned monsters. Litterlly one of the strongest cards in the whole archtype other than domain.
