im surprised you're not player predaplant ophrys scorpio and darlingtonia cobra. scorpio > summon cobra > add superpoly > link the 2 into cherubini and mill graff > cir > any link 3 > cir bring cherubini back > any link 4 or 5. its a great way to get super poly and an apollousa. you can even make borrelsword to force opponant's defense card into attack for yubel if you have a 3rd material by grabbing instant fusion instead. instead of super poly, or instant you can also add neos fusion for kluger.

I've just stayed with the 1 Shiyama, and Shirvara with 1 of both of the traps ratio since anything more isn't necessary at the moment. Playing Aruha kind of hurts if you don't open a starter and I would rather have a hand trap or board breaker in it's place.

The fusion requirement list one “Yubel” monster. Now my understanding is that this has to be one of the four Yubel monsters, and not a monster that can be substituted like a Hex Seal or King of the Swamp. Correct?

I've considered teching in EM:P Meowmine even in the non Unchained variant since you could still go into I:P on your turn and go into Unicorn on the opponents turn to bounce 1 and spin 1 other card on the field. if going the unchained build Rage into S:P gives you more options on when you could use Meowmine. I'm so excited to try out my Yubel build. I got really lucky on my case. QCR Yubel and Promethean princess. I don't plan on playing any fire decks so princess is an easy sell.

Sadly not as its a Yubel Monster not, Yubel. However if you play neos Kluger you can use fusion deployment

I dont think you understand the definition of a deck being purely one archetype, as implied by the video title "pure yubel"

I think your taking it way to literally, the "pure" is to identify the fact that the core components of the deck are all Yubel centric your plays start and end with yubel, I'm not going to present a deck with only 2 extra deck monsters and not take into account the Handtraps that are required for the deck to be playable as they don't really full into a archetype of their own. Now if I declared this as a pure version but played snake eyes, Unchained etc and the routes of play for the deck 'Needed' those cards to function and combo in general then you'd have a point, but that isn't the case with this build.

You always want to play 1 of each so you can always loop into them just in case so as to never run out of Yubel.

Thats why you could choose not to play ultimate as it is the end of the chain and dosent really go anywhere, not to mention its very spercific to get to it through terror due to missing timing, so itll be a brick more than not sadly, Yubel and terror different story they are a lot easier to loop.

Just easier to resolve as we go into a fire format fewer players will be playing darks and putting 3 on board ideally you don't wanna use your monster for that
