Actually not that much, Kite was like Kaiba at the start but grew to respect and befriend everyone and help them with all he could as the story went on which Kaiba barely did. Basically, Kite became a much kinder person while Kaiba remained the same

You are right that he sounds like Prince Ojinn as they are both voiced by the same actor, Yu-gi-ohs! chameleon Marc Thompson. He has also to name a few, portrayed in DM Duke Devlin, Rapheal, and Valon; GX Chazz (for the third season), Ojinn, Kagemaru in his youth, the D, and Chumley's dad; 5ds he was Roman, Sayer, Z-one, and Broder; Zexal as Astral, Heartland, Number 96 and yet to come Girag and Alitio; and in Arc-v he was Barrett and Sanders.
