Facts honestly Zexal got better every season and arcs yeah sure the beginning is slow and more goofy but things got dark and serious as the show went on the worst Yu-Gi-Oh series is the new one Yu-Gi-Oh: Sevens is so bad every episode feels like filler and there’s like no story just the mc and his friends doing dumb things and duel over dumb stuff there was an episode we’re they fueled over the last soda🤦🏻‍♂️ I only watch it cause I love Yu-Gi-Oh as a franchise and will always watch series that comes out no matter how bad it is but honestly the new one is boring and the mc is just annoying and boring he wants to have the game have no rules and have “Rush Duel” which basically means there’s no rule and you can do whatever you want it’s so boring to watch honestly but like I said I only watch cause I love the franchise

Just saying, the transitions of this opening were just so awesomely on point! Truly, Yugioh Zexal had the absolute best openings out of all 6 series so far in my opinion. I love it when an opening makes me feel something especially when there is transition from happy to sad moments like 0:38 - 0:43. I also love how at the end it shadows characters that you don't know about at this part of the story, truly genius sound and image design!

But also he barely had a major on-screen victory, his only notable one being defeating Merag and Durbe (I’m not counting killing Gilag) Sure, he came close to defeating Yuma and Astral at Sargasso, but there were 0 consequences for p much anyone there except for Vector and Misael; Yuma/Astral were still “besties” afterwards, and there was simply…no lingering doubt within Astral about Yuma’s trustworthiness after hiding something so major

Arcv is basically the fused inverse of gx and zexal. It starts out probably the best way a yugioh series could, but it both has a slow end(like zexal has a slow beginning) and a stupid end(like gx has a stupid beginning) at the same time. And that is basically a recipy for desaster.
