Inumaki's voice ability can be related to a punch. If the punch is hard enough it put's you on the ground. If you're just that strong it's like punching steel, with his throat. It must actually suck he can't even tell his team how bad that hurt and by extension how fked they are.

The cursed speech user essentially assigned a simple translation to the ingredients he says. I don't know them off the top of my head, but it is consistent through the series which word means "yes" which one means "no" and so on for a handful of words. People who interact with him often would know which words mean what, but most other people can only guess by his gestures.

Major mistranslation at 16:14. The subtitled version got it wrong first, but I'm honestly annoyed that the English dub missed the opportunity to correct the mistake. Black Flash does not do "2.5x the damage", that's the mistranslation. It's supposed to be "to the power of 2.5". Which is VERY different; 10 x 2.5 = 25, but 10 to the power of 2.5 = 316. This is meant to be fun trivia for you, but also so you can fully understand how powerful the Black Flash technique is.

Inumaki's speech pattern actually has somewhat of a pattern when you observe him more closely. It's just we're still not all that familiar with him yet, that opportunity is coming. IMPORTANT: in the Manga is said that the 'kokusen' (Black Flash) hability actually raises the power of the hit not by 2.5 times (as mentioned in Anime version) but in reality it does by a math exponencial operation. In other words, the Black Flash amplifies the impact of the original hit by a (x)^2.5 power !!!! That's why the Black Flash is so hard to perform. For example: Let 'P' be the intensity of the original punch and "Pf" the intensity of the original punch upgraded by a Black Flash into it. So, let's assume: -> Normal punch 'P' = 40 kgF (random value to simplify and 'KgF -> metric Kilogram/Force) . => If "Pf" is the same punch 'P' Add by a Black flash, then we have: Pf = (40)^2.5 kg = 10,120.0 kgF (Correct proportion according to the Manga) => It's a massive increase in the impact!!! A Punch of 40 kgF becomes a Punch of roughly 10.120,0 kgF (Which makes much more sense as the black flash causes A LOT OF damage, even to a Special Grade Curse like Mahito or Haname) There's no comparison to 40*2.5 = 100 kgF (Wrong Anime explanation !)

just in case, you mentioned hanami (the nature curse) using reverse cursed technique. Curses can NOT use rct. Cursed spirits are monsters made solely from cursed energy, which is negative. Because they're cursed spirits, they can heal way more easily than sorcerers can, becuase you need rct to heal as a human. Since rct is positive energy, if you output that positive energy into a curse, the curse would basically die in one shot, because of the negative energy flowing through the cursed spirit is erased from the positive energy gained from rct, which only sorcerers can do

(And I remember just whispering at Megumi NOT to send Nue because this next one isn't going to work-- and then I was right and Nue was my _favorite_ of the three commonly used ones) 2:50 and the EN makes it less clear that his voice catches in his throat and he doesn't finish the word ; instead they have him fully say the phrase here so then it comes off for a moment like it _did_ work and was too weak, and not that he couldn't even say it - it just bothers me a little. the impression. 3:07 strength of opponents~ 3:50 You get a feel for it. There are 3 easy words. (you're on s2 so maybe you got them by now. Salmon at abs minimum, lol) I do the same. Like in his first episode, the post-credit implies that "Salmon" is an affirmative. Then every episode after that has supported it. Tuna, tuna-mayo are common, but I don't have a feel for them as of 1x21. Attention, idk. Okaka (Bonito flakes?) just reminds me of "baka" so I went with something in that vein.
