Yuko's Vlog: Walking around Liberty Station, San Diego | Making Empanadas at home

My son and I went to Liberty Station in San Diego. It's the site of the former Naval Training Center, and now there are many shops, restaurants, cafes, and galleries.
We had poke from Hawaiian Fresh Seafood, coffee at Bird Rock Coffee Roasters, and we stopped by the Liberty Public Market. We tried a few things (ramen, empanadas, etc.) to eat there and take home.
A few days later, I made empanadas at home using my recipe I wrote for my cooking blog (in Japanese), Oishii America, 10 years ago. Home made empanadas are the best!

I got some empanadas at liberty and didn’t like them neither, I like the Peruvian food at liberty S, if you live in SD check the yucca and plantains Cuban Latin fusion at Embargo Grill now called Little Cay is in Point Loma
