Kids were off from school for one week. While we didn't do anything special or go anywhere far, we got to enjoy eating good foods and hang out locally in San Diego.
I made Japanese toast and sausage breakfast for my family. Some of the treats we had are Easter Egg Layer Cake from Costco (Junior's) and Chobani Flip Yogurt requested by kids :)
My son and I made home made Gyoza for dinner. I made vegetable Yakisoba on the side, inspired by Noriko's latest vlog to clean up leftover vegetable in the fridge!
On Wednesday evening, we went out to Balboa Park for dinner and live jazz music at Panama 66. Balboa Park is on of my favorite places in San Diego! We had so much fun!
Back at home, my husband grilled steak in the back yard. That reminded me when Noriko and I started the Oishii TV channel a year ago in 2021. My house was under construction at that time, so I cooked in the yard quite a bit! I can't believe it's been a year already!
All in all, we had a good week. Hope you enjoy my vlog :)
