Hesitating at the edge of the drop is a cool gimmick, but one of my favorite parts is that feeling when you roll over the edge with some speed and feel like the coaster is going to come off the track. I'd obviously still ride it though, over and over if I could.

I still remember riding Top Gun at Canada’s Wonderland in 1996 when I was 13. My friends and I probably rode it 7 times in a row. It was beyond epic. This video takes me right back. ❤

When Roller Coaster Tycoon came in 1999 then the expansion pack Corkscrew Follies later on added the Vertical Drop Coaster until five yeads later when Sheikra Busch Gardens Tampa was built 2005 and then 14 years later but mainly 20 years for the b&m dive machine when this Yukon Striker Canadas Wonderland was built 2019, when the vertical drop in 1998 came with no inversions was very short Oblivion Alton Towers, the Vertical Drop Coaster in rct had a vertical loops way before Yukon Strikers Vertical Loop in Dive Coaster was built way later on heh heh! But wish back in the days before Openrct2 was a thingsl, that they made the vertical drop coaster added twists, corkscrews to build vertical drop coasters how we want!

Seaworld has been building tons of coasters and I made the mistake of riding manta where you face the ground. Really thought I was going to fly out at 100mph and had an out of body experience. Haven't been the same since. Great video.

I was more afraid of the slow agonizing ascent than anything else, the descent was faster. When it goes faster you don’t have time to be afraid or scream, you just take it all in. You must have had to cling tightly to that camera!
