Milvaさん、ありがとうございます。Thank you for your kind comment. The answer to your question is No, you can't. You can never separate [Adjective]+です or [Noun]+です in Japanese. If you want to shorter the response, you can drop せが which indicates the body part and go like this. 川村さんが高いです。 You can watch this lesson to learn how to use body parts to describe a human's physical characteristics. kzbin.info/www/bejne/pavTiJ-ifb-anMk Hope this helps!
