FINALLY!!!!!!!
GOOD LORD, I'M SERIOUSLY THINKING TWICE BEFORE DOING THIS AGAIN. ESPECIALLY WITH A GAME THAT LACKS ANY HINT OF A LINEAR PROGRESSION. DAMN. FIVE HOURS OF EDITING A GODDAMN VIDEO DOES NOT MAKE ME A HAPPY BOY.
Good, now that I let that out, back to business.
Disclaimer: I won't hold it against you if you skip this video (or any of mine really). This video was an experiment more than anything and I'm very aware it can prove tiresome.

Yume Nikki (Dream Diary) is, to quote Wikipedia, an "independently produced surreal adventure (read: exploration) PC game by homebrew Japanese developer Kikiyama". The game is definitely surreal.
You play as a girl named Madotsuki (means 'windowed'), exploring her highly disturbing dreams while collecting powers. The game has no linear progression whatsoever. There is no indication of what to do, where to go, or anything really. Hell, after an hour of stumbling around we decided to use a walkthrough.
The game... is not for everyone, that's for sure. I liked the game and Moi too. It was an interesting experience and the game shows the author cares... the same way Hideaki Anno cared for Evangelion 15 years ago. The game's sort of depressing. I'm guessing True Art is angsty.
Point is, if you're reading this before watching the video and you want to play the game, then stop downloading the video and go and play it. You're probably going to need a guide, but this video is not a guide by any mean and we spoil quite a bit of the experience.
Other than that, enjoy whatever little enjoyment this show has. I think this summer I will also get around to do... RKS... that string of letters has lost all meaning coming out of my hands, hasn't it? Well, I can always fall back to the demo of Double Dealing Character (DDC, a.k.a Touhou 14)
