INGREDIENTS:
Ghee 1 tbsp
Vermicelli 1/2 cup
Roast for 2 mins
Keep aside
Same pan
Milk 2 cup
Let it boil
Condensed milk 1/2 cup
Roasted vermicelli
Cook for 5 min
Agar agar 2 tsp
Milk 2 tbsp
Mix well
Boil for 2 mins
6 inch pan
Grease ghee
Keep it in the fridge until set
Pistachios
Mint
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
