I will just never understand how people think Thai food is good. I watched this to maybe figure out what kinda spices/ how they cook their cuisine in Thailand, and if it's different than in the US. Like maybe Thai food from Thailand might actually be made to have more flavor. But nope. Only thing in the entire set that could be good would be those marinated ribs, but to be frank I have no idea what the mystery juice was that they put on it. So no way of telling what it actually would taste like.

What's the purpose of the baking soda? Adjust the Ph of the skin so it dries faster? Seems like washing it with vinegar soon after would defeat the purpose.
