No, it does not matter how "safe" it is, you never eat raw eggs! If you do then you must be a masochist.
@kevincrusher24143 ай бұрын
The danger in egg comes from the growth stage of the fetus. So your comment about them being safer is uneducated and just simply bullshit.

This is stolen from a small Japanese restaurant. One single chef in Japan started this and now everyone is copying it bc nobody is original anymore.

@@phillysteaks42 Do you know how ridiculous you sound? Omurice was first recorded being made in 1900. And no cuisine is "original" anymore. Everything starts with one person and it spreads and becomes engrained in the cultural zeitgeist because it tastes good. That's the whole point of creating a dish.

its basically the same as the runny yolk in a sunny side up or poached egg. Also raw eggs are perfectly safe to eat in most countries out of the US
@ninadelisboa3 ай бұрын
@@100_not_cuin8 that's why I didn't generalized. I cannot eat it, but some people can. My uncle used to mix a mixture of ingredients containing raw eggs and drinking it. Well done for those who enjoy or few safe eating a meal like the first recipe.
