I have to watch your videos several times before I get the recipe because I get so caught up in the production of the film itself. The "tapping fingers" while waiting is brilliant! Is separating those sheets of cooked dough a matter of "Practice makes Perfect" or is it more a matter of "Failing to prepare is = Preparing to fail" ? Is it down to oiling the sheet and sprinkling the flour between each layer perfectly?. That was such a surprise to me, especially when it's just Plain Flour, Salt & Water. Great video though!! Ps. Could you freeze them once rolled but before frying? Thank You.

I’d love spring rolls like this. I have never had them in all the restaurants I’ve been to like this. That’s pretty sad too considering I’ve been to many Chinese restaurants.
