'Could it be', M/V. You should see the Intro film before this, you will understand about the candle on her cake in M/V and see the Lyric video. Yuqi performed in GIDLE World Tour 2023 'I am Free-ty' Mike Elizondo and Micky Echo- Composer and Lyricist Yugi said on instagram that this new version of Could it be MV was created by the director himself and free for Yuqi as a gift. Yuqi is such a people person. There was one gig where Yugi forgot the first few chords to the guitar and had to restart it three times on stage. Both her and the audience were laughing. (G)I-DLE has a Killing Voice performance that would get you familiar with their sound pretty quickly if you don't mind spoilers. Just be warned if you decide to react to it that the song Pop/Stars has been getting blocked from KZbin reactions lately. All of their title tracks (and many of the B-sides) were written and composed by member Jeon Soyeon. Some of my favorites are Oh My God, HWAA, Nxde and Uh Oh. Their current most popular songs are Queen Card, Fate and Tomboy. Thank you for checking out Yuqi!

Nice reaction! 💪 If i remember correctly Bonnie & Clyde and Could it be are not written by Yuqi, however she writes most of her songs and some of G-Idle songs. If you'd like to check her solo song that she's written i recommed 'Giant'. This month she's about to drop her 1st mini album and Could it be is a pre released song

Although she didn't write, produce or compose this one (or Bonnie and Clyde,) it does seem that she was deciding herself on how she wanted the vocals to sound. She has written and composed most of the songs on her upcoming EP. This is a very different sound for her, but one of the things that ()i-dle are famous for is that they like to challenge themselves with different sounds and genres. The group is very unique for a Korean female idol group (sorry, that was a mouthful 😅). The group is almost entirely self- written and produced, and have now creative control than many other groups over all aspects of their work. The storyline makes more sense when seen with the Intro video imo. She basically says she wants to take time to get away and travel on her own, she open a box of candles and is told to use them to make a wish.

I like the song but not particularly my style, definitely keen to hear her album though as i loved bonnie and clyde and her other song giant. You should check out (g)i-dle! Interested to see what you think :)
