I had many things to say during this entire video but all i can think of now is that one must Never apologise for their cat meowing. Also, while I absolutely Adored your reaction/analysis, unfortunately i am not very much into the music scene aside from Seventeen. Hence, I will be subscribing and waiting for your (hopefully) upcoming videos on this group. Many thanks for the wonderful video (watched this in the middle of the night as my cold kept me up) and hope you keep doing these!

also I'm sure someone will have mentioned this already buuut Wonwoo (guy in the striped shirt) has a few new songs out now, one with Jeonghan (high voice on the far left) called "Last Night" and a wonderful solo called "Leftover" which really lets his voice shine

if you want to check out the guy on the far right I absolutely recommend his solo "Wait" and his OST "Icarus"!! They really showcase his vocals and his insane dancing skills :)

Oha Cade! I see that you like the instrumental background of some of Seventeen’s songs. I suggest Maestro as their new comeback song as a great song to react to I hope you’ll like it! You might love Wonwoo’s part as well, he has a perfect distribution of lines in this song.

Thank you for this! Would really love for you to check some more of SVT stuff... Since SVT has been together for like 12, 13 years, including their trainee years... These guys really formed a kind of bond you'd wish you have with your friends too. It's sometimes unbelievable how close they are. They are chaotic and joke a lot, yes. They are well-known as variety (show) kings in idol world. But they also has formed this undertanding among them to never cross the line and they are affectionate & considerate with each other. They've grown up to be great artists and people and they expressed many times how they want to be together as a group and as friends/brothers as long as possible.

Wow as a former avid fan of db5k, im quite amazed by the kind of reaction videos you make about their songs. You also pick songs to react to that arent really mainstream. Nice selection!! Im enjoying your videos early in the morning. Reminds me to go back to listening to my old jam!

I’m so glad you enjoyed, however I cannot take credit for the selection. Each song is requested by a patron on Patreon. I would not have discovered it without their help :)

Wow never in a million years i would expect somebody to make a reaction video of this music video. I thought it’s been completely forgotten. Last time i heard this was in 2007. How do you find such songs? Hahahaha thank you so much!! I enjoyed it dearly! What a trip down the memory lane

Thanks for the reaction! I think it’s also good to consider the fact that some of this music was produced with the performance/dance more or less in mind, so having it conveyed just through vocals makes delivery a bit different! Hope you have plans to watch some of their more recent performances too :)

I found your analysis so interesting because i dont know much about music talk but i just know what i like and i love Seventeen. But a lot of what you said is interesting because it reflects exactly that way in their choreography 😊 The rap unit has 4 members but they all can sing beautifully. The one in striped shirt that you liked is a rapper, named Wonwoo, but he just recently released a BALLAD. Title: Leftover.

Hope to see more from seventeen 💙

This was a very fair reaction... their rolling stones video showcases their vocals alot thru full songs... i also find that songs that may sound a bit boring the performance part of the song fills the voids and it changes the dynamics of the song... thanks for the reaction i love watching ppl react to our boys

When you said the song influenced by Japanese style, I'm immediately connecting it to woozi ((the blonde guy with white shirt, he's one of the main producer of seventeen)) who love anime so much hahah, so yes whenever I listen to seventeen song most of them remind me Opening song on anime

i enjoyed your reaction and analysis so much thank you !!! i just wanted to mention how you can almost always hear vocal choruses/backtracks by the shortest blonde guy, woozi (producer and composer as others have also mentioned) so it's really fun to keep a close ear in all of their tracks for his voice in the back !! (e.g. 32:33 46:45 )

24:40 Yes, what an otherworldly voice indeed. When you described Woozi's voice that way, the smile on my face widened cause like... I always love it when people compliment Woozi's vocals 🥰 & saying he sounds "otherworldy" is just a beautiful description of Woozi's vocal talent, also he composed and wrote majority of the their songs including the ones they're singing here.😊

Thank you so much for this reaction! Can you listen to their 4th full album next, it’s called “Face The Sun”. It’s one of their best I would say, and it’s one of MTV’s best albums of 2022 alongside other Grammy-nominated artists Beyonce, Bad Bunny, Wetleg, and Rosalia.

My co-carats already wrote what i wanted to write so i'm just gonna say that SEVENTEEN don't have a particular sound/genre that define them but once you get to know them you'll definitely can recognize if that song belongs to SVT or not. They experiment a lot with music and sound, and sometimes there's a different version of one song that they play usually in concerts or award shows. As you probably know now they divided themselves in 3 sub-unit and if you have the time to check out their latest sub-unit songs you'll see how diverse their discographies are. Also there's another sub-unit that they officially introduced to us apart from the 3 sub unit i mentioned, there's BSS and J&W. Both sub-unit presented totally different vibes and sound where BSS is the cheerful, uplifting kinda sound and J&W more like the mysterious, sultry kinda vibe. Also, all of them released official solo songs, covers and mixtape you can find in youtube or spotify easily, that way you can hear their voice individually. Thank you for taking the time to react to SEVENTEEN, i appreciate you. Hope this won't be your last time reacting to them !
