Fluffy Pillows well, this is not a spoiler anymore i think? :D Actually, during their exams (August 15), Takane ignored Haruka (by pretending to sleep and putting her headphones on hoping he will talk to her and she'll ignore him) because she thought he ignored her first since she's still taking her make up exam while he is already playing on his laptop (she wants to play too) ... After 20-30 mins Takane can't stand the silence since the headphones are actually unplugged, she checked on Haruka and...well he had an attack and was sitting there unconscious, she called for help and Haruka was brought to the hospital thanks to Ayano's dad which is their teacher. Takane blames herself for being so selfish and stuff, she tells Kenjirou that she'll go back to school to take Haruka's stuff. She met Ayano (the girl on Transparent Answer) and told her what happened, Ayano said some stuff to Takane like "sometimes, if you want to say something you don't have the chance to" or something along those lines.. this made Takane realize her feeling for Haruka, she decided to tell him and ran back to the hospital... actually she didn't even made it. I think she had an attack too, since the two of them are in special needs class and the two of them have deadly diseases.. Or some people say she was poisoned by Kenjirou.. idk She fell on the floor and was unable to move her body, recalling Ayano's words earlier, she thinks that she was such an idot for not being honest with her feelings and it was already too late. And yeah before she closed her eyes, she saw Kenjirou standing before her, grinning. Her last words were "Haruka, I love you" And the reason why she was shown running on the end of this song was because she was trying to reach the hill...I think she was hoping that Haruka will be there? She was already in the Heat Haze btw. (Try to watch Headphone Actor.) After that she became Ene and Haruka became Konoha, he had an amnesia btw. I hope you get it lol

No, that's sort of dumb. Takane and Haruka are in love, but we're separated. Haruka became an artificial cyborg (Konoha) and Takane became a program, later known as Ene who lives in (darn forgot his name)'s computer/phone. Thus, Haruka and Takane no longer have memory of being in love anymore.
